Resolution of Disputes In disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction. 13. Effective Date The user’s registration as a member means that they have read and accepted all provisions set forth in the agreement. This Agreement shall be concluded and mutually enter into force at the moment the user becomes a member.
